Kevin and the gentleman working with him (I guess the manager on duty; I forgot to ask his name- sorry about that!) were absolutely outstanding, and they’re the reason I continue returning to this location for my car service. You guys have a great staff, and I hope and pray you value them professionally and financially as well. They entire crew is your best asset. My only observation is regarding the parts delivery process - that needs a huge improvement. I ended up waiting quite a long time for my car to be completed because the parts that were ordered took forever to arrive. This was not the staff’s fault. In fact, they were incredibly gracious and attentive throughout my entire visit — not just with me, but with every customer who walked through the door. By the time the parts finally arrived, I was understandably fed up with the wait, but again, the delay had nothing to do with the team on-site. Despite that, I remain genuinely grateful for the service I received, and I will absolutely continue coming back for anything my car needs.

Yesterday was an extremely busy day there but my check engine light and low tire pressure light came on on the way to church. I called and they kindly said to bring it in after church. Staff was very polite and helpful. I had an appt in a few days for an oil change and tire rotation and they were willing to do that while I was already there which was very considerate. All my problems were resolved in about 2 hours. Thank you Shaun and the nice woman behind the counter(sorry I cannot recall your name). Never saw Firestone that busy on a Sunday. Thanks again. Highly recommend!

We made an appt to have our brakes repaired and are very pleased with service. The day we were there, they were repairing the AC in the building and the manager Austin Lagarto brought around cold waters for everyone waiting. The customer service both waiting and the work done on our vehicle was excellent! Thanks again Austin for the superior service!

All right, I own five cars. it's hit and miss most of the times. it's a great hit. these guys work hard. they take care of you but if you want it done quick. this is the convenience store of mechanics. you're going to pay a lot more. is it going to be done fast? oh yeah but you're going to pay for it. I saved almost $400 on a repair. going to another mechanic to let him have the vehicle for 2 days then to go to Firestone and have them give me a price of $1,100 but yet I knew they would have had the vehicle ready that day.. just weigh your options. Firestone is good to tell you what's up. they're good to tell you the price. they're good to get your car back that day or the next morning, but if you're going to save money you're going to have to find another mechanic to go to

We had a flat tire and needed an oil change on a Friday afternoon. As soon as we entered the store, the manager, Keith, even though he was clearly busy, acknowledged us with a genuine smile and asked how he could help us today. After a quick summary of our needs Keith finished what he was working on and checked us in. Besides the friendliness of all associates we noticed how clean and organized the whole showroom was included the bathroom. The car was completed the same day and returned clean. Thank you Keith for making us feel welcome and we will be back. We will send our friends in also!!
